The game follows Romeo Stargazer, an FBI Space-Time special agent who becomes “Dead Man” after a time paradox leaves him suspended between life and death. The combat system emphasizes “bloody action,” allowing players to use enemies’ powers against them and execute a special attack called “Bloody Summer” when the situation demands.
