Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will be paying a visit to India on May 30. The India-born CEO is visiting the world’s second most populous nation to meet with young entrepreneurs, developers and students.
Nadella, according to media reports, will also be attending a special event by Confederation of Indian Industry where he will be meeting with the nation’s top CEOs.
This will be Nadella’s second official visit to India in the past few months. Microsoft chief visited the country late last year to meet developers and organizations. At the event, Nadella had also revealed that Microsoft will be bringing its Surface tablet to India. The company launched the Surface Pro 4 as well as the Surface Pro 3 in India in January 2016.
Interestingly, Nadella’s visit comes days after Apple CEO Tim Cook arrived in India. Cook, who is currently in the country, announced new development center and iOS app accelerator programs for Indians.
