To sustain these benefits, the report advocates for a streamlined policy framework that balances innovation with consumer protection. It warns that restrictive regulations could hinder growth, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses. These businesses rely on personalized advertising to reach customers effectively. The findings underscore the role of personalized advertising in driving economic growth and competitiveness within the EU, highlighting the need for policies that support its continued development.
