Forza Motorsport Update 20, released on May 5, 2025, commemorates the franchise’s 20th anniversary with significant additions and enhancements. The update reintroduces the renowned Fujimi Kaido track, a 10.24-mile mountain course featuring 144 turns and an elevation gain of 2,711 feet, last seen in Forza Motorsport 4. This track is now accessible across all game modes, including new Public Meetups such as Open Track Day and Drift Meetups, allowing players to vote on subsequent tracks and engage in continuous events like the 24/7 Fujimi Kaido Drift Meetup and Nürburgring Nordschleife Track Day Meetup.

The update also brings improvements to AI and racing wheel functionalities. A new multi-line AI system enhances Drivatar behavior, promoting cleaner and more realistic racing experiences. For racing wheel users, the update introduces per-car steering calibration and accurate lock-to-lock turning, aligning virtual handling with real-world vehicle dynamics.

Players can now drive all previous Forza Motorsport cover cars, each with updated audio, in the Spirit of Motorsport Tour, the 20th Anniversary Multiplayer Series, and Spotlight Rivals. New vehicles such as the 2022 Acura NSX Type S and 2024 Nissan Z NISMO are available in the Challenge Hub. Additionally, the Racing Heroes Car Pack adds the 2008 Mazda Furai and four other vehicles to the roster.

Update 20 is available for download on Xbox Series X|S and PC via the Microsoft Store and Steam.
