Fallout 76 hasn’t had the greatest career in video game history. It’s historical in its failures, namely bugs and bad PR, but it won’t be remembered for anything good.
To get rid of stock, Polish retailer X-Kom has been giving away copies of Fallout 76 with $5 purchases.
While the offer is now officially “wyprzedano”, sold out, redditor u/Zupa84PL managed to grab a screencap of the page before it was taken offline.
Other outlets are also attempting to get rid of their copies of Fallout 76. Microsoft’s Xbox One X bundle with the game has recently been discounted due to poor sales. Gamestop Germany has been giving away the game with pre-owned PS4 controllers.
As for the future of Fallout 76, no one knows exactly what Bethesda is planning for the game. While small patches are being released, larger updates to address its larger problems are still absent.
Fallout 76 is available to buy on Xbox One for £59.99/$59.99. Hopefully, one day, Fallout 76 will just end up on Game Pass. I think that would be great.
