Microsoft’s custom Android lockscreen app, Next Lock Screen today picked up a couple of new improvements. The software giant today released a new update for the app, bringing support for fingerprint unlock to more Android devices. The app picked up support for fingerprint unlock several months ago, but now it supports more devices which is very nice. In addition to fingerprint support for more devices, Microsoft is also adding new welcome tutorials to the app, improved GPU performance, and more:
- New welcome tutorials
- Support volume control shown on top of lock screen
- Support finger print unlock on a lot more devices
- Improve GPU performance and reduce memory usage.
- Bug fixes
