Microsoft released Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26120.4161 (KB5058515) to the Beta Channel. This update brings a handful of feature rollouts for version 24H2.

The build introduces “Draft with Copilot in Word” under Click to Do. Users can highlight on-screen text and use Copilot to kickstart a Word draft, which is perfect for turning quick thoughts into documents. A Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription is required.

Lock screen widgets now support personalization. Users can add or remove modules like Weather, Sports, and Traffic directly from Settings. Windows also adds support for multiple widget dashboards, letting users switch between boards through a new left-side navigation bar.

Microsoft has started testing a new “Open with…” dialog showing Store app recommendations. A fresh PC-to-PC migration feature is rolling out gradually, starting with UI hints in the Windows Backup app.

Bug fixes target Task Manager, Start menu, Narrator, and Voice Access. Microsoft also flagged known issues with Xbox controllers via Bluetooth and virtualization-dependent apps when VBS is enabled.

This feature build will roll out in phases for users who have especially toggled on the “get the latest updates” option.
