Microsoft finally adds PC keyboard and mouse support for some Xbox Cloud gaming titles

Microsoft is rolling out new features for Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta). The biggest addition is long-awaited PC keyboard and mouse support for select titles.
Starting today, players can use a mouse and keyboard to play Xbox Cloud Gaming on web browsers like Edge and Chrome. To get started, users can visit xbox.com/play, sign in with their Microsoft account, and choose a game that supports mouse and keyboard.
Later this month, the Xbox app on PC will also receive mouse and keyboard support. A special badge will help users identify compatible games within the app. Players can freely switch between mouse and keyboard and a controller at any time.
The initial rollout of mouse and keyboard support includes 26 titles, including popular games like ARK Survival Evolved, Halo Infinite, Sea of Thieves, and Doom 64. (Note: Fortnite only supports mouse and keyboard on browsers)

Microsoft is also beginning to roll out new features for Compact Mode in the Xbox app on PC. These features, currently available to a limited number of users and all Xbox Insiders, include “Jump back in” and “Friends” sections.
