Indiana Jones DLC Revealed at Xbox Games Showcase, Everything You Need to Know

June 8, 2025 – Bethesda and MachineGames confirmed at the Xbox Games Showcase that “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle: The Order of Giants” DLC launches on September 4, 2025. The expansion builds off the base game with a fresh narrative thread and expanded playable areas. It appears for Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC (including Game Pass), and PlayStation 5.

The DLC begins when Indy joins Father Ricci, a cryptic priest, to unearth a mysterious artifact hidden beneath Rome. What starts as a routine mission turns perilous as they descend into ancient crypts. Players traverse ruins of the Colosseum, thread through the Cloaca Maxima, Rome’s massive sewer, and face traps and puzzles constructed by Roman emperors and the Nephilim cult .

“The Order of Giants” spikes stakes with new enemies, including a gladiator-style showdown for Emperor Nero and the sinister Cult of Mithras . Fans of the main game will see returning figures like Father Ventura and Mussolini, hinting at deeper political surprises.

Led by production director John Jennings, the Indiana Jones expansion explores the lore of the Nephilim Order, a giant-giants bloodline rooted in fallen-angel mythos, filling in narrative gaps left by the main campaign.

Buyers of the Premium, Collector’s, or Upgrade edition will find the DLC included at launch . Bethesda says more information will arrive in the lead-up to September.
