A while ago evleaks teased that a Windows Phone may be on the way with a front-facing flash.
Has there yet been a Windows Phone with a front-facing flash?

That rumour has all but been forgotten, except by eagled reader Stravan, who noticed a particularly bright spot on the recently leaked picture of the Cityman prototype yesterday.
The picture certainly looks convincing, and if the device can use Iris unlock in the dark some source of front-facing illumination is likely necessary.
The leaked marketing render (with some enhancement) does also show something there.
