On June 2, 2025, Xbox launched its Pride Month 2025 campaign, offering exclusive merchandise, in-game events, and opportunities to support LGBTQIA+ organizations.
The Xbox Gear Shop reintroduced popular Pride-themed designs, available only during June. These items, created with the LGBTQIA+ community, aim to celebrate diversity and inclusion.
In gaming, titles like Farm Heroes Saga introduced Pride-themed events, including nurturing a magical Rainbow Superfruit and unlocking special rewards. Overwatch 2 brought back its Pride festival on the Midtown map, featuring free rewards and community art. Sea of Thieves offered players the Progress Pride Flag to fly on their ships

Xbox encouraged players to support LGBTQIA+ organizations through the Microsoft Rewards program. Users could donate points to groups like GLAAD, Outright International, and Advocates for Trans Equality Education Fund
Additionally, Xbox released a new Pride Month dynamic background for consoles, featuring a stylized Xbox logo with colorful ribbons against a pastel sky. Players could apply this background to personalize their gaming experience.
Through these initiatives, Xbox aimed to celebrate Pride Month by promoting inclusivity, supporting LGBTQIA+ communities, and encouraging players to express themselves authentically.
