Key notes

  • Microsoft’s April 10, 2024 event showcases AI updates for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Attendees will discover document recommendations, deal insights, and CRM assistance with Copilot.
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Finance also offer AI-driven enhancements.

Microsoft is holding yet another business-related event. After the enterprise-focused “New Era of Work” Surface event earlier this month, which unveiled the Surface Laptop 6 and Surface Pro 10, the Redmond tech giant will hold a Business Applications Launch Event next month.

Taking place online on April 10, 2024, Microsoft promises that it will showcase the latest AI features and capabilities in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform. These AI features include document recommendations, deal insights, account summaries, and CRM assistance via Microsoft Copilot.

“You’ll learn how advances in AI and Microsoft Copilot can help you connect teams, processes, and data, and respond to changing business needs with greater agility,” says Microsoft.

Besides, Dynamics 365 Customer Insights improves its data analysis and uses AI for quick insights and easy access to analytics, while Finance offers automated features for finances, building intelligence, automation, and many, many more.

It’s the age of AI, and Microsoft makes sure that it’s always at the forefront of it. The hotly-wanted Copilot AI assistance tool is somewhat a driving sales that contribute to Microsoft’s latest earnings.

But it doesn’t always come across as right, though. The latest ad for Copilot for example, which we previously covered, has sparked an outcry for its low production value, and lazy-slash-amateurish execution. Ouch.

But either way, you can register for the event here.
