Verizon release WP8.1/ Lumia Denim update for the Nokia Lumia 822 and 928, Icon set for early 2015

Verizon has finally budged, and released the Windows Phone 8.1 update for the Nokia Lumia 822 and 928.

Users can check for the update by going to Settings> Phone Updates> Check for updates.

The update brings the 822 to firmware Version 3051.50009.1446.0077 and the 928 to 3051.50009.1446.0093 and both devices directly to Lumia Denim.

Joe Belfiore confirmed on twitter that the Lumia Icon will receive the software update in early 2015.
