Last month, Microsoft announced that it is working on several new features for Skype including cloud-based call recording. Microsoft rolled out this new Call recording feature to Skype Insiders on Windows in late July. Today, Microsoft announced that it is beginning the roll out of Call recording feature to Skype Insiders on iOS devices.
Here’s how Call recording works on Skype:
- Start your video or audio call
- During the call, click More Options [+] button on the bottom and select Start Recording option.
- You can stop the recording of the call anytime you want.
- Once the recording is done, the recorded content will be available for everyone in the call for playback.
If you are a Skype Insider, update your Skype client to 8.27 to try out this new feature.
