Samsung is giving final touches to its upcoming smartphone the Galaxy S11, S11 Plus, and S11e, which are expected to release in the month of February next year. The Korean manufacturer is also expected to launch a version 2 of its wireless earbuds, the Galaxy Buds, which were released along with the S10, alongside the S11 smartphone.

Unfortunately, we were in the dark about the upcoming Galaxy Earbuds, but now, thanks to famous leakster @evleaks, we now know a few pieces of information about Samsung’s upcoming wireless earbuds.

Samsung’s version 2 of the Galaxy Earbuds will be called Galaxy Earbuds+(read Galaxy Earbuds Plus) and not Galaxy Earbuds 2.“First came the AirPods Pro… then came the Galaxy Buds+,” @evleaks tweeted.

The comparison with Apple’s AirPods Pro also hints that the upcoming Galaxy Buds+ might have support for Active Noise Cancellation. Otherwise, the second generation Galaxy Earbuds are also expected to come with some minor design tweak.

Beyond that, we don’t know much about the Galaxy Buds+, but we can expect the price to be very similar to the last generation. The Galaxy Earbuds currently cost $129.99, so, in all likelihood, the price of the Galaxy Earbuds+ will be under the $150 price bracket.
