Obsidian Entertainment’s CRPG Pillars of Eternity is coming to the Nintendo Switch.

Fans of the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 title will soon be able to play the title on Nintendo’s portable console.

Pillars of Eternity: Complete Edition will be making its Switch debut on August 8th. Every piece of DLC will be included with the title alongside every prior update the game has received. The sequel, Pillars of Eternity 2, will also be coming to Switch later this year.

In an article by GameSpot, the outlet claims that Pillars’ Switch port will cost £40/$50.

Despite Microsoft’s acquisition of developer Obsidian, it’s still nice to see that the publisher is still willing to bring titles to other platforms. Just like with Studio MDHR’s fantastic Cuphead, Microsoft isn’t afraid to bring titles to Nintendo’s hardware (or even Tesla’s!)
