OpenAI launches Monday for all ChatGPT users on April Fools Day

OpenAI launched its new Voice model yesterday; it’s called Monday. The new voice is free for everyone to use and can be accessed from the voice picker menu in ChatGPT. You can chat with Monday right now and even ask questions you like. Make sure you are updated to the latest version of ChatGPT. If you are a paid user, then you can access Monday directly from the sidebar, whereas if you are a free user, then you can find Monday under the By ChatGPT section inside Explore GPTs.

The announcement was made on April 1, which led many to believe that this was just a prank. However, the update is quite real. The newer model is better for real-time communication with low latency. This model has more emotions and personality, and it even speaks in between sentences to make the conversation feel more natural. 

OpenAI demonstrated Monday’s ability and how quickly it adapts to a progressing conversation. Now, the update is live, but access is not yet available for everyone. OpenAI has promised to launch it to all regions soon, and both paid and free users will be able to interact with Monday.
