We have recently heard that major user interfaces changes are still coming to Windows 10 Mobile (eventually). It seems those changes will not include the Lock screen of the OS, at least in the short term.
In response to a question Brandon LeBlanc, Senior Program Manager at Microsoft revealed that no major changes to the Windows 10 Mobile start screen was coming, at least in the short term.

This does mean for example for active, animated lock screens will not be coming back any time soon, and useful innovations such as being able to jump directly to some apps will probably not be on the way.
Are our readers satisfied with the Windows 10 Mobile lock screen, which is largely unchanged from Windows Phone 7, or are there any changes you want to see? Let us know below.
