New rumour confirms the launch date of Galaxy S11 series

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S11 series around MWC 2020. While Samsung has been silent about the upcoming Galaxy S11 series, various leaks have already given us an insight into what to expect from Galaxy S11. Apart from that, Samsung is also rumoured to announce the Galaxy Fold 2 during the same event.
Now reliable Samsung Insider Ice Universe has confirmed that both Galaxy S11 series and the new foldable phones will be launching on 18th February 2020 in San Francisco, USA. If previous leaks are to be believed, the Galaxy S11 will come with a massive 108 MP camera which will support 5x optical zoom. Moreover, Galaxy S11 will also come with a bigger 4500mAh battery. Galaxy S11e, on the other hand, will support 25W fast charging as well as 5G.
Rumors: Samsung Electronics is tentatively launching the Galaxy S11 series and clamshell foldable phones in San Francisco, USA on February 18, 2020.

Moving on to the foldable phone, Samsung did showcase a prototype clamshell foldable phone earlier this year. That said, we don’t know for sure if Galaxy Fold 2 will have a clamshell design. Samsung did note that Fold 2 will be less expensive than the Galaxy Fold.
