Microsoft is readying Pro version of Forms, its enterprise survey solution

Microsoft Forms is a popular Office 365 service that allows you to easily solicit client input, measure customer satisfaction, and organize team events, within minutes. The app is simple to use and works on any web browser, so it can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. Back in April last year, Microsoft made it available for enterprise customers. We even reported about the leaked road map of Microsoft Forms last year.
Microsoft Forms has been available to Office 365 customers for free. Now, Microsoft has mentioned about the availability of a Pro version of the service named Forms Pro. According to Microsoft, Forms Pro will be a comprehensive enterprise survey solution for businesses to capture and analyze feedback to improve how they engage across their business.
Companies can collect information without users having to go to non-secure solutions, and there isn’t a need to build and maintain custom surveying tools.
The current version of Forms allows you to export the collected data to Excel for customized, in-depth analysis.? With Forms Pro, you can leverage the data and tools you already use from Dynamics 365, Common Data Services (CDS) and Power Platform.
Hopefully, we will get more information about this new service directly from Microsoft.
