Microsoft will announce new functionality in OneDrive for Web. This particular feature will help reduce the file size of a PDF quickly and efficiently. This update was announced in the recent entry to Microsoft 365. This feature comes with three different compression levels, which help users find the ideal size reduction suitable to their needs.

The compression levels are high, moderate, and minimal. If your file size is large, you should opt for the higher compression setting, and similarly, minimal if you only want to downsize a file size less than 10GB.Â
The feature is ideal for users and admins looking to optimise their storage and make it more efficient and seamless. This feature can come in very handy when limitations are set on the size of the file being uploaded. Microsoft also stated that this enhancement will be added before the month is ended. Furthermore, OneDrive has also changed how their users interact with their files and folders on the online storage platform. The tech giant has included a People’s View capability, which allows the user to work with multiple files at the same time. This will prove to be very efficient during file management and sharing on the platform.
