Nearly five months after its initial release, Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite is now an Xbox Play Anywhere title. Though Capcom didn’t make this announcement itself, the game’s Microsoft Store page was updated unexpectedly to confirm this news (via OnMSFT).

With Xbox Play Anywhere, buying just one digital copy of a game on Xbox One snags you a free digital copy of the game on Windows 10. Game progress automatically transfers between systems so you don’t need to worry about having different saves.

Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite is available to purchase for $39.99 on the Microsoft Store. If you’re interested in what we thought of the game, you can read our review here. Its official description can be read below.

“The epic clash between two storied universes returns with Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite, the next era of the highly revered action-fighting game series. Marvel and Capcom universes collide like never before as iconic characters team up for action-packed player-versus-player combat. Ultron Sigma has begun the systematic eradication of all biological life. Against all odds, heroes arise from the rubble, form new alliances and stand together”
