Larry Hryb has officially revealed which four games will bee free to Xbox Live Gold members next month in July. Like June’s offerings, these are frankly disappointing, especially what Xbox One players are getting.

On Xbox One players will be getting Assault Android Cactus for free the entire month. Then starting on July 16 and lasting through August 15, Death Squared will be available to download for free on Xbox One. Not some heavy-hitters by any means, nor are they exactly popular titles.

Over on Xbox 360 players are getting Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction, both backward compatible games. Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown will be free to download from July 1 through July 15 while Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction takes the latter half of the month between July 16 and July 31.

The free games next month offer a savings of $64 for Xbox Live Gold members with 3400 gamerscore up for grabs.
