Alcatel Idol 4S launched in the United States back in November of last year. The Idol 4S was a flagship Windows 10 Mobile device from the company, and it packed some decent hardware, too. For months, Alcatel has been rumoured to be bringing the Idol 4S to Europe. The company only recently confirmed that its flagship Windows Phone will be available in some European countries as the Idol 4 Pro.

The device went on sale in the Microsoft Store UK and other countries just a few weeks ago. But following the initial launch, Microsoft Store UK delayed the release of the device by 2 weeks. And now, the device is apparently out of stock.

With Microsoft showing little to no support for Windows Phone in the recent months, I honestly don’t know why anyone would want to buy the Idol 4 Pro right now. The device is also pretty expensive for what it offers — at least in Europe.

If you happen to care about the Idol 4 Pro’s availability in the UK, we’ll make sure to let you know when and if it comes back to stock.
