Both Xbox Live and Zune services are having issues at the moment, according to the service’s status page.

The problems will see some users having difficulty signing in to Xbox Live from the console and Xbox.com, and also cause problems signing into Zune.net. The issues have been going on since before 12 noon Eastern Time.
