Smaato, Inc, a mobile ad optimization platform released their results of its latest mobile advertising report. According to the report, Windows Phone leads iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Symbian in click-through rates(CTRs) both in the U.S. and worldwide. Its also important to note that Windows Phone tops these charts for 2nd consecutive quarter.
