The Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview is only available for a select few Lumias, but if you have full control of the operating system, such as is possible with Interop Unlocked Samsung Ativ S handsets, just about anything is possible.

Above is a video showing the OS in action on the handset, as hacked by the team at WindowsMania.pl.  The device features some touch driver issues, but the they have been able to overcome this. They are currently running the OS in and bugfixing before released instructions so others can emulate their actions.
