Windows 10 Kernel 10.0

Screenshots of the Windows 10 Build 9888 has leaked online. This latest build has revealed that Microsoft has bumped the kernel version to 10.0. This is a surprising move from Microsoft Windows team because the kernel version has jumped from v6.4 to v10.0. This huge jump in number might be indicating the One Core which will be powering Windows on all the devices ranging from wearables to data centers.

Microsoft recently revealed that Windows 10 Build 9879 is the last preview build of this year. The next update is expected to be released early next year.
