Microsoft today released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14367 for both PC and Mobile to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring. Now, Microsoft has released the corresponding SDK for developers. Preview SDK Build 14366 contains bug fixes and under development changes to the API surface area.

They have fixed the issue with the Desktop App Converter Preview (Project Centennial) however you will need to download the updated version here  http://aka.ms/converter.
To start developing on the Windows 10 Anniversary Update, install the latest Windows 10 for Insiders, update to Visual Studio 2015 Update 2, and then install the Windows 10 Anniversary SDK Preview Build 14366 or higher.
