VLC for Windows Phone pass trial certification, may hit Windows Phone Store next week

One of the developers of VLC for Windows Phone, Hugo BeauzĂ©e-Luyssen has tweeted the above Windows Phone App Certification Test Kit result, indicating that the app passes trial certification tests on the user’s own PC.
This does not mean that the app has been certified by Microsoft yet, but does indicate that it likely will.
Hugo tweeted:

He also revealed something of the time scale involved, saying:

Hopefully we will see this long-awaited app hit the Windows Phone Store sooner rather than later.
