Microsoft is rolling out new firmware to the unlocked Lumia 550.
The firmware version number is 01078.00042.16352.50012 and does not come with an official changelog, but reportedly comes with a number of bug fixes, including camera improvements, particularly to auto-focus and living images, WIFI, Cellular, Bluetooth and GPS, and stability and reliability improvements.
The update does not come with Double Tap to Wake unfortunately, disappointing after the feature returned to the Lumia 650, 950 and 950 XL recently.
To see of the firmware is available to your device go to Settings > Update & security > Phone update > Check for updates.
