A mass of updates are coming to the Windows 10 store at the minute, the latest of which is an update for the official twitter app to version 4.2.
Besides the usual bug fixes and performance improvements the app also now has an improved Settings page. The update is currently only available for Windows 10, but will presumably also come to Windows 10 Mobile soon.
