As the title suggests, xboxmod from xda-developers managed to port in a single cab the improved version of TF3D found on Touch HD for use on HTC Diamond and Touch Pro.
Installation is easy, it involves installing a single cab file for the new TF3D and then installing another cab for fixing some issued.
There seems to be issues with some ROMS, so you might want to check the whole thread, before you install it on your device.
