Update: The Windows Store is slowly coming back across the world after a 4 hour outage.
The Windows Store is down, with apps not being updated for at least 4 hours now.
The site is reporting error 0x80131500. Microsoft’s other services, such as Azure, Office 365 and Xbox Live appear unaffected. There does not appear to be an official Status page for the Windows Store and the official Windows Store twitter account has not posted an update yet.
