The Wild West comes to Fortnite; new item immediately disabled

Yeehaw, Fortnite players! It would appear that the Wild West is popular again; it was a good time for killing, robbing, and building so I guess it fits.

The Wild West has been introduced through the game’s all-new 6.30 Content Update. It added an all-new “Wild West” mode and a powerful Dynamite explosive thematically blow up your opponents.

However, just thirty minutes after introducing the new weapon… it got taken away.

We've temporarily disabled Dynamite while we investigate an increase in client crashes. We'll update you once we have more information.

While the Wild West mode was supposed to revolve around the introduction of the dynamite item, the game mode still works fine. It’s pretty much just hunting rifles, shotguns and revolvers; just the way Arthur Morgan likes it.

Fortnite is currently Free-to-Play on Xbox One.
