We were all disappointed by the Lenovo Z5, which strung us along with promises of a full-screen near-bezel-less smartphone but then ended up being just another iPhone X clone with both a chin and a notch.
At the same time, Vivo is still motoring along with a device which does actually feature innovative technology in the form of an in-display fingerprint reader and motorized pop-up camera which should enable a world-beating 95% screen to front surface ratio.
Now a leaked benchmark has revealed that the Vivo Nex S will also be a very powerful device, featuring a Snapdragon 845 processor, 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage, with a 4000 mAh battery to keep the expansive 6.6-inch screen running.
The device is expected to launch on the 12th June, at which point we will know exactly what all this innovation will cost.
