WindowsBlogItalia reports that the latest version of the Device Hub in Lumia Cyan is much upgraded from earlier versions, and will now help keep track of your Bluetooth accessories.

The Hub will now automatically record the position of the accessory the last time it was connected to your Windows Phone.  Using Here Maps users will then be able to backtrack to the where they left their Bluetooth headset or Fitbit behind.

The technology should be equally useful for finding where you parked your car, as most devices these days feature Bluetooth car kits.

Lumia Cyan should roll out to Nokia Lumia handsets with Windows Phone 8.1 over the next 2 months.
