Telegram Messenger is an unofficial Telegram client for Windows Phone devices. This app was updated to v0.1.3.12 in Windows Phone today with many new features. For example, you can now resume paused downloads, save videos to media library, and more importantly this app now supports fast app resume to improve app load times.
