WhatsApp competitor Telegram has updated their Windows Phone Messenger app to version 1.3.29.
The app focuses on security and features Secret Chats with end-to-end encryption, can self destruct messages on both handsets and messages are not logged on their Telegram’s servers.
The latest update brings: 
- connecting/updating status
- new animations
- optimized search
- extended emoji keyboard
- fast update on startup
