Surface Book now out of stock at the Microsoft Store for pre-orders

Just last week, we reported that the most expensive variant of the Surface Book was already out of stock in the Microsoft Store. Now, all of the variants of the devices seem to be out of stock for pre-orders in the US Microsoft Store, which is quite interesting.
