State of Decay 2 is now available on Xbox One and Windows 10. The zombie survival series is back and better than ever—save for some annoying bugs and unpolished aspects. This time around, players can join up to three friends and survive the apocalypse together in multiplayer. State of Decay 2 brings back the survival simulation elements that defined the first game while implementing new ways to play as well. It is an Xbox Play Anywhere title, so one digital purchase gives you access to the game on both Xbox One and Windows 10, with cross-saves and cross-play enabled.

You can purchase the Standard Edition of State of Decay 2 from the Microsoft Store for $29.99. Those who previously purchased the Ultimate Edition got in on the action 4 days early since they were granted early access, but you can still buy the Ultimate Edition for $49.99 if you haven’t played the original State of Decay and are interested. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will also get the play State of Decay 2 starting today as it releases into the program. You can start a 14-day Xbox Game Pass free trial or subscribe for $9.99 a month.

Let us know how you’re enjoying State of Decay 2 and if you think it should have released into Xbox Game Preview instead.
