Update: Recently we reported about a new camera bug in Skype which has caused an issue with the rear camera while using Skype. Users have now reported that this update has finally solved the image flipping issue when pictures are captured using the rear camera. Do note that the changelog below maybe from the recent update and we have just heard a fix for image flipping issue (via: WindowsUnited). If you notice something else new then do let us know in the comments section below.

Original Story: Skype has rolled out a new update for Windows Insiders on Fast Ring. The latest update bumps the app to v12.1803.277.0 and brings a couple of new features and improvements. You can head down to take a look at the changelog for the update.

  • Conversation collection – See all shared media, links and files in one place.
  • Find messages in the current conversation – Use the new search filter to find messages in the current conversation faster (to speed things up, try Ctrl + Shift + F).
  • Instant Chat – You no longer need to add friends as contacts. Just search for them on Skype and start the chat.
  • Bug fixes and various improvements.
