Shenmue I and II are releasing next month for Xbox One, available for pre-order on the Microsoft Store

SEGA’s anticipated Shenmue I and II ports finally have a release date for Xbox One, and you won’t have to wait very long at all to get your hands on them. Shenmue I and II are dropping next month on August 21.

These two games happen to be SEGA’s “most requested re-release of all time.” They feature an updated user interface, your choice between modern or classic controls, Japanese audio available for all regions, and fully scalable screen resolutions.

“A tale of revenge. In 1986, teenage jujitsu artist Ryo Hazuki returns to the dojo of his father, Iwao Hazuki, only to witness his murder by a Chinese man, Lan Di. Lan Di steals a mysterious artifact known as the Dragon Mirror. Ryo vows to avenge his father’s death and sets out tracing Lan Di’s path.”

You can pre-order Shenmue I and II on the Microsoft Store for $29.99. It is also available for pre-download on Xbox One.
