Xbox Live Gold members can now download Shadow Warrior and Split/Second for free through the Games with Gold program. Each month four games are discounted across Xbox One and Xbox 360 and the beginning of February brings a decent pair of games, even if they aren’t the best. You can download Shadow Warrior on Xbox One while Split/Second can be downloaded for the Xbox 360, though it can still be played on an Xbox One because it is backward compatible.
Shadow Warrior is a reboot of the 1997 first-person shooter of the same name. Published by Devolver Digital in 2014 for Xbox One, Shadow Warrior follows Lo Wang, a corporate shogun who must acquire a legendary blade of unlimited power. Split/Second is an arcade racing game that puts players in the shoes of a character taking part in a reality TV program.
Shadow Warrior is available for free throughout the entire month of February. Split/Second, on the other hand, will only be free until February 15.
