Usually the most we get from the Bluetooth SIG is a cryptic code name, but on this occasion they have been incredibly forthcoming.

Not only have they, in this tweet, confirmed the Samsung B7620 will the the new Giorgio Armani 2 phone, but the details linked to at the Bluetooth SIG website are much more detailed than usual, and more or less confirms the Armani phone will be a rebrand of the Samsung Omnia Pro.

The specs are below:

Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional, 800 MHz processor; dedicated graphics, SMS, MMS, Email, RSS, IM, WAP 2.0/xHTML, HTML, Stereo FM radio with RDS, A-GPS support, Business card scanner, Work & Life mode, MP3/WAV/e-AAC+/WMA/AMR player, DivX/XviD/MPEG4/3gp/H.263/H.264 player, Photo/video editor, Pocket Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF viewer)

According to a blogger who had their hands on the smartphone, the device will feature a slide-out keyboard and gold and black livery.

This would make one of the few occasions a fashion phone is also a power house, which should make for some pretty stylish geeks in the next few months 😉
