PowerToys gets three new utilities with the latest update

Microsoft PowerToys is a set of utilities, including ColorPicker, FancyZones, File Explorer Add-ons, letting users customize Windows. According to Microsoft, the PowerToys app allows users to tune and streamline their Windows experience for greater productivity. And now, in the latest update, Microsoft has added three new utilities to the app, which include two new File Explorer add-ons and a new Mouse utility.


The latest update also takes the app version to v0.55.0 and adds a bunch of bug fixes and general improvements. You can read the full official changelog below.

To update to the latest version of the app, you need to open the Settings and go to the ‘General’ tab from the navigation pane on the left. Now, you need to scroll down to the very end of the General tab to the ‘Updates’ section, and then click on ‘Check for updates.’
