Microsoft is rolling out a new update for the OneNote app. The latest version brings a new Fluent Design inspired context menu to the app and replaces the old menu. The new update also adds a link option to the context menu and add quick formatting settings that can be accessed directly by right-clicking on the screen.

If you’re using OneNote then you can head to the Microsoft Store to download the new update. It’s a phased rollout so it might be a while before the update shows up for your device.
