LiveSide.net reports that a Chinese variant of the still unannounced Nokia Lumia 525, the Nokia Lumia 526, has passed through Chinese TENAA certification, heading to China Mobile’s “TD-SCDMA” network.

The handset is expected to have otherwise similar specifications to the Nokia Lumia 525, including 4” IPS LCD WVGA screen, 1GHz Snapdragon 400, 1GB RAM, 8GB mass memory and 5MP camera.

The handset is the successor to the wildly popular Nokia Lumia 520, which is believed to have sold more than 5 million handsets this year so far.
