Nokia Lumia 1520 launch officially in Hong Kong and Vietnam

Nokia’s new flagship, the Nokia Lumia 1520, has had a formal launch in Hong Kong and Vietnam.

Win8China reports the Chinese launch took place in Hong Kong where the handset was priced at HK $ 5,998 ($775), slightly cheaper than the Chinese price of 4,999 Yuan. The handset can be reserved now and should hit the market in only 2 weeks, on the 15th November in Yellow, White and Black.

Similarly the full HD handset was also launched in Saigon yesterday, according to WinPhoneViet.com where it is being offered for 15,999 Vietnamese Dollar (around US $800) with pre-orders opening between the 8th and 24th November.

Unlike China there is a small incentive to order early in Vietnam, with the first 1000 customers getting a free JBL Speaker.
