During WPC’11 demo, Microsoft revealed the upcoming Samsung Windows Phone device with front cam.

Update: The device shown above may be the next version of Samsung Focus or Galaxy S II, Windows Phone edition ! ! The device was running Windows Phone Mango beta when demoed.
